Vision

Our Vision is to lead, mentor, and train young girls between the ages of 9 – 25 to take their rightful places in life, first as women of Godly character, then as good citizens, professionals, wives and mothers.

Mission

The Mission of Destiny’s Promise works in partnership with parents everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop leaders, to nurture confidence, courage, and character in young girls. 

We believe if girls learn to first honor their parents, which is the first Commandment with promise (long, healthy, prosperous life) they will succeed in everything they do, to include honoring themselves.

Purpose

Our Purpose is to expose, educate, stimulate, and encourage our girls towards successful choices. 

We use technology, the arts, poetry reading, community service, music, dance, drama, overseas missions, creative writing & thinking, and public speaking to nurture well rounded character in our girls.

Guiding Principles

Our Guiding Principles are to foster open and trustworthy partnerships with the girls and their parents in order to effectively respond to concerns and needs. 

We maintain a wholesome-friendly environment, foster initiatives, value cultural diversity, nourish individual growth, personal, and professional development. Everyone exhibits pride in the organization, values and recognizes the contribution and accomplishments of each member, and demonstrates mutual trust and respect. The entire Organization pulls in the same direction with purpose, harmony, and grace. 

We all live by, and our leaders exemplify the guiding principles. By recognizing the expertise and value of everyone, we inspire cooperative decision-making. All are empowered to participate in the development and execution of innovative social programs as well as to take responsibility for making decisions within those boundaries.
